What is true success about anyway? The picture of a successful person the news media tries to sell us is that of a good looking young business man, or woman, who are enthusiastically waving their briefcase while they are off to work with a huge smile on their face.
In God’s eyes this is a very poor view compared to what He has in mind for us. The Bible says that “the blessing of the Lord makes one rich, and He adds no sorrow to it.”(Proverbs10:22)
God wants us to have a huge smile on our face while we are about to pull off yet another successful endeavor, and He wants to abundantly bless our finances too. But for Him it doesn’t stop there. He has greater plans for our lives.
After many years of reading about and analyzing different methods of education, I have to come to the conclusion that, if ever I would recommend somebody to develop his or her God-given talents and gifts, I’d have to stress the need of at least one good mentor.
In my personal development it has been priceless to have the privilege of knowing certain people and having them walk along my side for a season. What these people invested in me and my family determined who I am today.
They invited me to live their very life with them. They would give me the opportunity to get to know their way of thinking and handling different aspects of life. By sharing their experiences and mistakes with me they cut my learning curve by years.

God has put a genius into every human being. Each and every one of us has the built-in potential to live a successful and fulfilled life. He has also laid out a perfect plan for us and endued us with distinctive gifts and talents to walk out that plan.
And He didn’t abandon us to figure it all out by ourselves. He wants to keep in touch with us to guide us through the whole process step by step.
The Bible clearly states that we can hear God’s voice and that we are led by the Holy Spirit who lives in us once we are born again by receiving Jesus as Lord in our life.
Condemnation is able to powerfully rob you of your God-ordained blessings. When people feel they don’t deserve to receive from God, their faith won’t work and their lives stall. That is why it is the enemies most effective weapon to keep us from walking in victory.
I am always shocked by how many Christians are tormented with feelings of condemnation. Some mistake they made in the past, or a relationship they blundered up, or just simple every day sin consciousness hovers over them like a dark cloud that won’t allow the sun to shine in their lives.
But the good news is that Jesus came to solve that problem. That is what the Gospel is really all about. He came to pay for our sins so that we could become righteous before God. He legally removed our unworthiness and made us deserving of all God wants to bless us with. And the Bible says it was forever.(more…)

I mean, He knows exactly what is going on in all spheres of your life and probably has the perfect answer for your dilemma. And besides, He is a whole lot smarter than you are!

The Bible clearly states that we are already led by the Spirit of God if we are born again by accepting Jesus as the Lord of our lives and therefore have become sons and daughters of God.
Being able to talk to God and hear His opinion about whatever we are up to is an awesome privilege that is not beyond our reach! It is something Christians should actually take much more advantage of! God desires to talk to us and to communicate with us, but we have to do our part.

Nowadays the only thing that never changes is that there is always a change somewhere. Systems are changing, laws are changing, the economy is changing, knowledge is constantly updated, two years old is very old and what we have just gotten used to is already expiring.
The problem is that the vast majority of humankind is not prepared for these changes or for adequately adapting to them. It’s because the whole educational system is still operating in a world that no longer exists.
“Go to school, get good grades, and find a secure job” is an Industrial Age idea. Yes, education is more important than ever before, but people need to think a bit further than just looking for a secure job and expecting the company or the government to look after them once their working days are through.(more…)
It doesn’t matter how smart we think we are or how determined we are to give it our all, human efforts are pitifully meek compared to what God can do through a person who chooses to believe in Him.

God cannot intervene in our lives unless He is invited to do so. But: boy, does our life change once we give Him the green light! Once we decide to believe in what He can achieve in our lives, He will show us how pathetic our human exploits are in comparison. Let Him surprise you!
