It doesn’t matter how smart we think we are or how determined we are to give it our all, human efforts are pitifully meek compared to what God can do through a person who chooses to believe in Him.
Maybe you are struggling right now to accomplish your goals. You’ve carefully planned it all out, invested money and tons of your effort, but it still won’t work out. Not as you expected it to anyway.
Well, congratulations! You’ve reached your limits. It’s time to let go and let God.
It is when we give up and desperately run to Him for help that He will do the impossible in our lives. Because it’s only then that we give Him the authority to do so. He won’t move an inch on our behalf unless we surrender to Him and are willing to flow with His program.
God cannot intervene in our lives unless He is invited to do so. But: boy, does our life change once we give Him the green light! Once we decide to believe in what He can achieve in our lives, He will show us how pathetic our human exploits are in comparison. Let Him surprise you!
And we also have to keep in mind that he will help us in what we are already doing. He’s not going to do everything for us.
When you ask for rain, you have to act on your faith and go out to prepare the ground. God will open the sky and pour down blessings that will miraculously empower the outcome of all your endeavors!
